Coastal Scents 88 Color Palette Makeup Reviews

This palette of makeup is highly pigmented shades, all shadows can also be applied wet for a more profound effect that lasts longer. The compact case makes it easy for storage and travel. The case has a matte surface and measures 9 "x 6.5" (23 cm x 16.5 cm) closed, Dime sized pots are round and contain a lot of dust for many overuse. The colors do not have a ton of glitter in them if this is what you are looking for, you can always dust glitter over the top as I did in the picture above. It is almost a 50/50 mix of matte and shiny satin mild.

I learned this palette on YouTube and when I saw the price I had to try. At first I was debating on a regular or shimmery. I'm so happy have gone with the regular. There are several bright colors in this and, sometimes, just do not want to be all shiny! , O)

There are many colors to choose and the pigmentation is quite good. I was not expecting to be blown away by this because I figured as such may be the colors and the price, there must be something wrong with them, but I was pleasantly surprised. I also ordered the neutral palette and I love that too.

There discussed in the paddle to buy for months and I'm satisfied with it. The colors are vibrant and do not fade or disappear quickly. It came wrapped in perfect condition as in the store. Definitely recommend this. I can not say that there is something I do not like it, that is why I gave it 5 stars.

I bought this palette in a trade show makeup artist, and I could not be happier with him. More than a month and I'm having fun with him every morning.

I had no idea what this line was or where it came only with a product that was available at the booth of a company makeup brush had created his display. I only bought it because I thought it would be fun to play, it was cheap, and my friend (a professional artist UM), said he had seen good things in line to be said on the forums.

I've been very satisfied with the quality, and have had a blast playing with the yellows and peaches (Colors I've Never Used before, but in fact are very pretty and natural on me!).

I can use primer Too Faced Eye Shadow underneath, and apply Real and MAC brushes (really am loving my new brushes Real …). I have not had any problems with chalkiness, the combination or building, or the lasting power.

I had been tempted by the palette of 28 colors neutral and warm color palette of 88, but ended up getting the level 88 in one piece, because it has more colors in the same as that previously did not exist in my collection, and Dang I love playing with a different look at myself and friends who sit still long enough. : 0) I quite like that could end up getting the warm palette of 88 colors at some point, too. The palette is very small and fits in a box narrow bathroom easily.

This set has a little gloss, matte hues few. In general, I'm not a fan of brightness, but this combination so easily I do not end up feeling that I have eye shadow and bright shiny metal. : 0)

I think the quality is very similar to my MAC shadows (I have too many in many different tones), but lately I've been coming to this range of colors more often than my MAC stash. MAC shadows are so pigmented that I have incredibly problems with the execution of a "no makeup" look natural with them, while the coastal Aromas shadows is easier to do a wash of pure color which is what we tend to prefer, especially with the yellow peaches I've been having fun with lately, but also with all the beiges and browns. The final color easily constructed, though, so that the few times I've wanted to do a more intense look on myself or anyone else I have not had problems doing that. Using a shadow as a liner with a Liner Brush – which I love – it is very easy, too. Love this palette!

Now I'm watching the warm palette of 88 colors and I'm really looking forward to getting back too …

Disclaimer: I have at hand are not familiar with other brands of eye shadows, which may be influencing my opinion. I have tried to pharmacy and I've tried MAC, Clinique, Lancome, Estee Lauder, and Sephora brand stuff (it sucks). However, other brands I see talked about on message boards (in my head I think of them as "Sephora brands," because that is the only place I know that are available for purchase) is Greek to me. So keep in mind that my frame of reference is thin. * I * love these, but for all you know they are total rubbish compared to other thing. , 0)
