There are many women that will not leave there house without wearing this all-important makeup.  So what exactly does it do?  Mascara makes the eyelashes look much more full and beautiful than it would otherwise look.  It is hands down the most popular piece of makeup in the world. It plays such a part in a woman’s overall look.

Now the typical reason that women love to use it is because it adds more volume to the eyelash hairs. You have to understand that not every woman is born with naturally thick eyelashes. That’s just a fact of life of most.  So that is why there is such a thing as Mascara.

In terms of it’s use, Mascara can be used for a natural appearance or for more chique looks. Now Mascara has went through many changes since it came in to womens homes since the 19th century. There are many different types of Mascara’s for women to choose from, and the most basic ingredient that is in Mascara is good old wax. but it seems like every day that there is a new formula that hits the market place, with promises of longer, fuller eyelashes.  But what you need to find is a formula that looks good on you, and that will be different for different people.

What to do if you have short, fine eyelashes:
If this is you, then the best situation would be to add thickness and length. Now if you can add a curling formula to go wth it, then it’s definitely a good find. The curl will will add to your look by giving Your Eyes an added lift.

Brushes
These are very important when applying the Mascara, so it needs to be picked right. Use the straight ones for reaching hard areas around the eyes, while the ones with the curves can reach more eyelashes and cover more area.

Given that there is so much to chose from in the market place, make sure to make the wise decision so as to enhance your eyes, not take away from them. And one other thing; Choose products that will not damage the hair follicles in the eyelashes. Look on the bottle at the ingredients so as to see if there are any that will cause your eyes harm.
